Elaine Chao is a national board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner (CPNP) who received her undergraduate degree from Tufts University. She received her Bachelor’s in Nursing and a Master’s in Nursing at Columbia University.

Prior to joining Coastal Kids, Elaine lived and worked in various primary care settings in New York City for 10 years. She recently moved back to California and is excited to continue serving the pediatric population in Orange County, where she grew up. She is conversational in Mandarin.

Elaine enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, baking, and spending time with her husband, 2 young sons, and a dog.
