With Our Patient Portal, You Can:

Access Vaccine History and Growth Charts

Schedule your well visits online

Communicate directly with our office

New features will be added soon, including the ability to view your account balance, pay your medical bills, access your child’s full medical records – all directly through the portal.


  • Visit the patient portal page, and click ‘Let’s Get Started’.

  • Enter the parent/guardian’s email address, select a secure password, and click ‘Continue’.

  • Enter the parent/guardian’s date of birth, and select a security question that is easy to remember.

  • Then, simply call your nearest Coastal Kids office to get a unique PIN number for each of your children’s accounts. 

  • When you receive the PIN(s) for each account, enter the information, accept the terms and conditions, and click ‘Create My Account’.

Other Important Information

  • Please contact your pharmacy to request a prescription refill so we may process your request and follow up with you as quick as possible.
  • Our replies to any portal messages will be addressed within 3 business days.

  • All appointment requests made through the Coastal Kids portal will be responded to via phone. Please include in your message the best number to reach you.

  • For any urgent concerns or problems logging in, please contact your primary Coastal Kids office.
