Get to know Dr. Yasrebi!
Leila Yasrebi, M.D., FAAP, is board certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has been practicing in California as a pediatrician since 2003. Dr. Yasrebi graduated magna cum laude from Jacksonville University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology with Departmental Honors in Biology, Graduation with University Honors, and is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. She received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency training at The Brooklyn Hospital Center – an affiliate of Weill Cornell Medical College.
Dr. Yasrebi has always enjoyed being around and helping kids, and she knew from an early age that she wanted to be a pediatrician. She focuses on delivering quality, compassionate care and providing the education, resources and information required for her patients to live healthy and happy lives. She understands the impact she has on kids and does not take this responsibility lightly.
During her free time, Dr. Yasrebi enjoys playing tennis, shopping and doing outdoor activities with her husband, who is also a pediatrician, and her two teen daughters. She enjoys volunteering her time with many charities including Miracle for Kids and the Make a Wish Foundation. Dr. Yasrebi’s special interests include early child development, adolescent care, and pediatric preventative care.
