Dear Patients and Families,

The providers and staff at Coastal Kids are dedicated to providing excellent clinical care in a professional and caring environment.  We believe strongly in providing the best pediatric care to our patients, and our goal is to build a long-term relationship with our patients and their families.  It is rewarding for us to watch patients move from infancy to adolescence and to play an important part in that journey.

Although we have a long-standing and exemplary history in the Orange County area, we never take our services or our patients for granted. We continue to work hard to make Coastal Kids better for our patients, our providers and our employees; and we are dedicated to providing the services parents need in caring for their children as they grow.

We take pride in the work our providers and staff do each and every day to make the practice better for you as a patient, as well as for the Coastal Kids team. Our receptionists, medical assistants, and business office staff, join our mid-level providers and physicians as members of your patient-centered medical office team.

In a continual effort to improve our services, we value your feedback.  If you have received excellent service, please let us know so that we may recognize our staff. On the other hand, if you have had a problem with a visit, a referral, an insurance or payment issue…  or if you have an idea for the practice… we want to know that too. Complete a Comment Card at any of our office locations.  You may also contact our office managers directly to discuss an issue or problem – they are great at helping to resolve issues or explaining a certain policy. Additionally, you are always welcome to contact us directly if you have a problem that you think is slow to be resolved.
